After troubleshooting the outage, the initial reason turned out to be the Tempest sensor unit being stopped working. Switching it off and on did the trick. In the mean time, Station Master had done some reconfiguration to weewx server, and due to that, rain measurement from old Davis instrument is not currently working. Since Tempest’s haptic rain sensor does not show correct measurements when conditions are windy, rain measurement will be offline until Davis’ rain bucket is online again.
